Erin's success began with Cincinnati Hikes, a Facebook Group that she grew to over 10,000 people in a little over a year with an engagement of 90+%. She has continued to grow communities for small businesses on social media with using her abilities to manage content with passion and creativity. She has a BA in English, Masters in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change, and over 15 years of working in nonprofit management. Her areas of expertise include social media, email, Google business, and newsletter marketing.
